How To Rescan Plugins In Reason

In Reason 10, missing plugins can be scanned in by adding the plugin path associated with the plugin installation. 

Note: On Windows, Slate Audio plugins are installed to C:\Program Files\Vstplugins by default.  

Reason 9

If you are experiencing issues getting your plugins to load inside Reason 9, please try closing reason and deleting the PluginCache.dat file located in the following areas:

OSX:  /Users/username/Library/Caches/Reason

Windows:  C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/Propellerhead Software/Reason
