Reset Permissions for Slate Audio Center on macOS

Open the Slate Audio Center and navigate to the "settings tab" and click "uninstall helper tool"

Close the Slate Audio Center and reopen it and hit OK to allow the helper tool to install. 

Be sure to allow permissions in System Preferences Login items for the Slate Audio Center.
