- Can I sell my current pair of VSX if I purchase the new version with the loyalty discount?
No you cannot, as the loyalty discount doesn't come with an extra plug-in license. That would mean the buyer wouldn't have access to the VSX software, or you would be left without access to the VSX software after transferring to the buyer. This also applies to VSX Platinum owners, as only the 'Steven Slate VSX' license will license the base VSX software. The 'Steven Slate VSX Platinum' license is for the expansions only.
2. Where can I purchase the new VSX with the loyalty discount?
Within the US, the loyalty discount will be available for users who purchase directly from Steven Slate Audio, or from Sweetwater.
Within the EU, users who live in an EU country that we offer direct shipping to can purchase directly from us with the loyalty discount, Here is the list of EU Countries we offer direct shipping to :

3. What if I don't live in the US or within one of the EU countries on the list above?
Users in countries that we don't offer direct shipping to will need to reach out to their local dealer in regards to pre-orders for VSX IM1. Here is a list of International Dealers: https://stevenslateaudio.com/dealers
4. Does the VSX IM1 use a different plug-in compared to the current version?
The VSX IM1 will use the exact same plug-in as the current version of VSX, just with new serial numbers included to account for the new headphone model. The VSX IM1 also comes with the full VSX Platinum Expansion Bundle so everything is unlocked.
5. Are the VSX IM1 open-back headphones? When shouldn't open-back headphones be used?
Yes, they are open-back headphones. Open-back headphones should not be used for tracking vocals or in loud environments, as they have less cancellation and noise isolation due to their design.
