VSX Systemwide is now working fine on my system. What I would absolutely LOVE though, is the ability to add just one additional VST plugin.  When watching movies on my PC through the VSX system, the music is CRAZY loud compared to the dialogue, when I'm watching something, I'm forced to reach for the volume knob constantly to adjust the output.

If I could just slap on a basic limiter or compressor, that would be amazing. It doesn't even have to be a plugin, VSX could use one of the stephen slate plugins built in and use one of their compressors.

  Depending on how you're watching movies, you could use OBS to play a video source (like VLC) and OBS supports VST plugins.  It's pretty lightweight for what it does.  That's what I'd do!

  Theres a program called Audio Hijack that lets you do exactly this
